The Primary Leadership Programme is built from a national network of primary school leaders seeking to make the greatest impact within their schools.
Members of the Programme develop leadership approaches and practical solutions aimed at supporting effective teaching and learning.
The Programme is completed through an action-based research project and is designed so members can take inspiration from headteachers facing similar challenges.

Members of the Primary Leadership Programme embark on an action-based research project. The PTI Mark is awarded to recognise your progress and commitment. These projects are designed to encourage developing leadership, taking risks, innovating and collaborating with others.
